Guide for preparing the ‘Student List’ table in Excel
You need exactly these 5 columns: schoolYear, classCode, lastName, firstName, sex.
① schoolYear: enter like '25 Fall' (space between year and semester). ② classCode: one letter + two digits ('a01').
③ lastName ④ firstName ⑤ sex: M / F / U. The system automatically applies your schoolCode.
Korean names are supported in lastName and firstName. Enter each student's roster name exactly as you want it to appear.
The system will auto-generate prepNum (temporary password) and studentID.
Note: Clicking Generate & Register Student List will also save the roster(s) to Firestore (no separate Register step).
